The Tempest

 This painting may look similar to others on my site but the mothod of painting them means no two will ever look alike

This is a mixed media textured painting using a variety of methods to create the texture. Having produced this painting and seeing it behind glass this is something that I will persue in the future.  The painting has a translucent quality to it. 

This is a painting that allows the viewer to see something new each time they look at it. Its central focal point allows the eyes to move dound the painting in many directions.

This painting excites me and I look forward to moving further with the methods used to produce it. This particular painting is based on the Shakspeare play The Tempest especially the opening lines of that play about the storm and the thunder.

This painting can be hung upright or oblong and is ready to be hung either. Two paintings for the price of one.
