All of Ralph's artwork comes supplied with "D Rings" to assist hanging. 

Postage and packaging within the UK is included in the displayed price of the work.  Any additional costs for shipment overseas will be charged separately. Ralph is happy to confirm the cost of postage overseas before purchase, should you contact him (contact details are below).  Generally, additional costs are not excessive. 

Ralph offers a framing service.  If a work is displayed for sale as unframed, but you would prefer that the work is delivered to you framed, again, please simply contact Ralph in advance of purchase.  He will be happy to discuss your choice of frame with you and, if he is able to meet your requirements, confirm additional costs for framing. If you are happy to go ahead, Ralph will then have the work framed to your requirements before delivery.

Ralph will endeavour to deliver within the UK all purchased artwork, fully insured, within three working days of your payment appearing in his Paypal account.   This may not always be possible - for example if Ralph is on holiday - but in that event Ralph will try to contact you to let you know that there may be a delay in delivery.  You may, if you wish, cancel the purchase at that time and Ralph will send a full refund.

Artwork shipped to an address outwith the UK may, of course, take longer than three days to arrive.

Ralph uses the carrier Worldwide Parcels to deliver his work to you.  He has found this company a reliable and trustworthy carrier.  However, Ralph may use an alternative carrier if required.

No work will be delivered, or treated as sold, until full payment of the sale price of the work has been received into Ralph's Paypal account.  Property and risk in the work will pass to you immediately upon its arrival at the address to which you have, at the point of purchase, requested that the work is delivered.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the artwork you have purchased, you may return it to Ralph, provided you do so within fourteen days from the date of your receipt of the work .  You must return the work in the same condition that you received it.  You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, packaging and insurance.  A full refund of the purchase price will be delivered to you upon receipt by Ralph of the returned work in the condition that it was delivered to you.

If a purchased work is not returned to Ralph within fourteen days of your receipt of it, you will be deemed to have accepted the work.

Finally, Ralph hopes that the above terms are reasonable.  However, he is happy to discuss alternative terms if contacted before purchase of any of his work.  All of Ralph's artwork is 100% original, and is not a print or copy (though may be similar to previous works he has completed).  Therefore, none of his work can be repaired or replaced if damaged.  For that reason the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or any replacement or re-enactment of this legislation will not apply to any purchase of his artwork.
